Production of catalysts of the IVKAZ family
(brands "IVKAZ (r)", "IVKAZ-VAR", "IVKAZ-DAR")

Joint-stock company IVKAZ manufactures catalytic compositions used in the desulphurisation of hydrocarbon raw materials and industrial wastewater.
Production

The main types of industrial installations in which the catalytic compositions of the IVKAZ family are used:

  • alkaline cleaning of oil and gas condensates from hydrogen sulfide and mercaptans;
  • alkaline purification of liquefied hydrocarbon gases from hydrogen sulfide and mercaptans;
  • removal of hydrogen sulfide and mercaptans of straight-run gasoline fraction (fr. 62-180 ° C) or gasoline of catalytic cracking with a high content of mercaptan sulfur;
  • purification of sulfurous gas condensates and light hydrocarbon fractions from hydrogen sulfide and low molecular weight mercaptans;
  • purification of the pentane-hexane fraction from mercaptans;
  • purification of sulphurous alkaline wastewaters (SSC), water process condensates from sulfur compounds;
  • ammonia-catalytic purification of heavy oils from hydrogen sulfide and mercaptans.

The quality control of products is carried out by the own specialized laboratory of JSC IVKAZ.
Products manufactured by IVKAZ are protected by patents.

Collaboration with the Innovation Promotion Fund

In 2015-2016, in the framework of cooperation with Innovation Promotion Foundation (Contract No. 244АГР / 18591 dated December 23, 2015) IVKAZ JSC developed and organized the production of IVKAZ desulfurization catalytic compositions of the IVKAZ-VAR and IVKAZ-DAR grades with higher catalytic activity and stability compared to previously produced domestic products and imported counterparts.

Catalytic composition of the desulfurization brand "IVKAZ-VAR"(produced according to TU 2175-002-09742619-2016), is an aqueous solution of halogen-substituted derivatives of phthalocyanine cobalt.

Catalytic composition of the desulfurization brand "IVKAZ-DAR"(manufactured according to TU 2175-003-09742619-2016), is an amine solution of sulfides and halogen-substituted derivatives of phthalocyanine cobalt.

At present, the catalytic compositions of the IVKAZ family are used in more than forty industrial plants operating in Russia, the CIS countries, and also foreign countries: Kazakhstan, Iran, Bulgaria, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, the United Arab Emirates, Belarus, Azerbaijan.
