Catalyst "IVKAZ"- it is an improved Russian analogue of imported phthalocyanine
catalysts: Merox WS (manufactured by Honeywell UOP, USA), ARI 100-EXL (manufactured by MerichemCompany,
USA).
Scope of the catalyst "IVKAZ"- desulfurization (desulfurization, demercaptanization) of
oils, gas condensates, kerosene, diesel fuel, liquefied hydrocarbon gases and industrial wastewater.
The IVKAZ catalyst is produced in powder form, and is also used to manufacture the following
products.

IVKAZ desulfurization catalyst brand "IVKAZ (r)"(produced according to
TU 2175-037-00151638-2012 with rev. 1,2,3,4,5,6) - dichlorodihydroxyphthalocynine disulfonic
acid cobalt, activated by introducing 0.1- 0.5% of the mass, promoting additive, which is metal
bromide.

catalytic composition of desulfurization brand "IVKAZ-VAR"(produced according
to TU 2175-002-09742619-2016), is an aqueous solution of halogen-substituted derivatives of
phthalocyanine cobalt.

catalytic composition of desulfurization brand "IVKAZ-DAR"(manufactured
according to TU 2175-003-09742619-2016), is an amine solution of sulfides and
halogen-substituted derivatives of phthalocyanine cobalt.
The quality control of products is carried out by the own specialized laboratory of JSC IVKAZ.
Products manufactured by IVKAZ are protected by patents.
